Review For BoyHood dvd
Interesting concept but the overall movie was just blocks of a young boys life. Blocks of time put together with very, very little story. Sometimes hard to follow. So- different type of movie for sure. As a viewer I was not really impressed!

Extraordinary film
I really loved this film. If you are looking for a conventional Hollywood film, look elsewhere. This movie does not contain contrived storylines or a plot that will keep you on the edge of your seat. What it does contain is genuine, authentic moments and wonderful performances from a cast that reunited every summer for two weeks over the course of 12 years to create an absolute masterpiece. There wasn’t a single defining moment in this film, but taken as a whole, watching this film was an incredible experience, and when it was over and the credits rolled, I must have cried for about 20 minutes, and I could not explain why. That’s how moved I was by this film. ****

Don’t have any regrets in buying it
It tells about the little boy growing up and how a little boy should grow up but the ending of it should have been better, but it was good and interesting….
