   Good program for building strength.
   It is a good training tool. I’m 68 years old and trying to build and maintain upper body strength. The trainer is pleasantly ruthless.

   I LIKE HAVING A PERSONAL TRAINER RIGHT HERE AT HOME…NICE WORKOUTS AT MY OWN PACE AND THE LEG STRAP THAT HOLDS THE REMOTE MAKES MOVEMENT MUCH EASIER…PICKS UP ALL MOVEMENTS WRONG AND RIGHT AND GIVES CORRECTION WHEN NECESSARY. I RECOMMEND IT ALSO FOR ITS VALUE PRICE.

   Workout!!
   This is great! When you can’t get to the gym, this is a well rounded workout. Easy to follow; tried it this past Sunday for the first time — how out of shape I am!!
